Intro
AndroidIRC is a free, multiserver, IRC app for the Android platform. It originally started off as a project for uni but is now something I continue to work on in my free time. See the faq for more info.
This app is very much still a work in progress, however, much of the core functionality has been implemented. The following things are incomplete:
- Show Icon Option: Not yet implemented and has no effect on the app. Implemention postponed
- Flinging to change windows: Implemented but not enabled. Needs tweaking.
Autorun commands sends whatever you type direct to the server, doesn't parse it and send it in the right format. If you desperately need this to work, type the commands in as they should be according to RFC2812 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2812)Completed in 0.13 Beta. All internal commands are supported as well as a bit extra(see doc).

Why are you writing it?
Because I use irc often and I like to be able to connect to networks I use while on the move or away from my pc/laptop.

- Works with Irssi proxy, ZNC and sBNC (if it works for you with another bnc, lemme know)

- Implementation of incomplete/missing features listed above
Why isn't it on the Market!?!
Originally I planned to but I can't because Google Checkout doesn't accept debit cards for Market stuff, and I'm not gonna sign up for a credit card just to put stuff in the Market.
